Experience

When your car arrives we look at it as a doctor would a new patient. We go over the car bumper to bumper giving you photos of any defects found. Detailed estimates follow the photos, listing repairs in order of importance. We can tailor each service to your goals and specific budget. Daily photo updates are emailed to the owner directly, and any issues that pop up during service are shown with photos, given multiple repair options, and estimates before continuing. We found that providing photos gives customers the peace of mind that repairs are actually being done promptly and correctly. On large jobs or restorations a portfolio showing the entire process will be provided, bringing value to the car's history and making selling headache free. 


PRIVACY

Here at Bradan, we know your privacy is a major concern. We remove license plates from cars while being serviced, and we don’t allow people to take photos in the shop. We don’t answer questions about other customers. Your vehicle's data is not shared with 3rd parties such as insurance companies without your written consent.

payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and wire transfers. Cash, check, and wire transfer receive a 2% discount. On regular service/paint work we take a 60% deposit with the balance due when complete. On larger projects we work off monthly installments or progress based installments. All payments are due upon receipt, invoices past due 2 weeks will be charged daily storage fees of $50/day. After 1 month invoices are handed off to collections and a mechanics lien is filed against the car. We ask that you keep up on payments to prevent any delays. 

Bradan Guarantees

All work is backed by a 2 year workmanship warranty with unlimited miles. That means if our work is found to be defective we will transport it to our shop (including out of state), repair it immediately, and return it back to you at no cost. Your warranty is voided if you have someone else try to repair it, and no we will not pay someone else to repair it. Your warranty does not transfer with ownership. This also means that your car does not have a bumper to bumper warranty because we changed the timing belts. Parts carry only their manufacture warranty. We are ok with you supplying your own parts as long as they are OEM or from an approved aftermarket supplier. If you want your old parts back tell us before we start on the car. We throw everything out during and after service. On collision repair work we provide a lifetime finish warranty through our paint supplier Glasurit and a lifetime warranty on all collision repairs as long as you own the car.
